Minus the shoes, the guy on the right <em>almost</em> pulls it off. The guy on the left fails for multiple reasons: besides the oxfords, A) the cut and color of the jacket are way too conservative to pull of a casual look; B) Buttoned jacket, un-tucked shirt. WTF?; C) this guy has <em>no</em> shoulders. As for the guy in the middle, I'm impressed that he managed to find an outfit where where neither the jacket, shorts, shoes, tie, nor belt match.
